Good morning. I'm Emiliana Concha de Ossa and I'd like to welcome you all to the Spectrum Health Surgical Suite. This morning we have the pleasure of operating on Steve Soper. It's a minor procedure, nothing to be concerned about but he will be under general anesthesia so, well, you never know.
Anyway, if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask, although since I've been dead now for 116 years any answer may be slow in coming.
Oh, and don't forget to fill out the survey at the end of the procedure, depending on outcome, of course!
